Logistics Technician - 6+ months - hybrid - Portugal

We are hiring a Logistics Technician to join a global Agriculture & Food Processing client.

This role will support logistics operations during an ERP implementation project, ensuring smooth shipping processes, supplier coordination, and daily logistics administration activities.

Requirements:

• Training or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in transportation management and export operations is advantageous.
• Understanding of shipping, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Experience supporting supplier communication and relationship management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics administration activities.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, planning, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily shipping processes, including EU and export operations.
• Support supplier communication and relationship management activities.
• Collect and organise daily shop floor logistics records.
• Execute daily logistics activities within the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Support the logistics team during the ERP implementation project.
