Role Summary

Global Enterprise Partners are seeking a motivated Junior SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) / LWM Consultant who can support functional delivery while acting as a Scrum Master. This role combines hands-on SAP support, agile facilitation, and coordination responsibilities-ensuring smooth execution of enhancements, issue resolution, and approval workflows.

This role can be worked mostly remotely, with some travel to client site for critical phases of project.


Key Responsibilities

SAP EWM / LWM Support

  • Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of SAP EWM / LWM solutions.
  • Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
  • Work with business users to gather requirements and document functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, fixes, and transports.

Scrum Master / Agile Delivery

  • Act as Scrum Master for the team, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and maintain team velocity.
  • Remove blockers and proactively drive progress across workstreams.
  • Track sprint deliverables and ensure clear communication of status and risks.

Jira & Workflow Management

  • Maintain and update Jira boards, ensuring tickets are correctly logged, prioritized, and tracked.
  • Monitor backlog health, sprint progress, and reporting metrics.
  • Ensure proper documentation and linkage of user stories, tasks, and defects.

Approval & Governance Coordination

  • Proactively follow up on approvals, ensuring timely sign-off for changes, transports, and releases.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders (business, IT, vendors) to push items through governance processes.
  • Maintain visibility of pending decisions and escalate where required.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a central coordination point between functional teams, technical teams, and business users.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across functions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of SAP experience, preferably in EWM, WM, or LWM.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse management processes (inbound, outbound, inventory).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Scrum Master exposure is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills-ability to "push things through."
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP EWM certification or related SAP functional exposure.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in global or cross-cultural teams.
