Junior Project Manager - Digital Finance - 6+Months - EU

We're partnering with a leading global FMCG organisation undergoing a major finance transformation and are looking for a motivated Junior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of key global initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in project management, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in an international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the planning and delivery of finance transformation projects
• Tracking project timelines, risks, actions, and key milestones
• Coordinating meetings, stakeholder communications, and project updates
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting
• Assisting with project governance and go-live activities
• Collaborating with finance, technology, and business teams globally

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, finance, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a similar discipline
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools
• Interest in project management and business transformation

Nice to Have

• Internship or work experience in project support, finance, or consulting
• Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar certification (or willingness to pursue one)

Contract Details

• Start Date: ASAP (flexible)
• Duration: 6+ months with extensions
• Location: Remote
• Fulltime : 40 hours per week,
