Are you passionate about digital content, website quality, and delivering exceptional user experiences? We are looking for a Junior Content QA Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring websites meet the highest standards of quality before launch.
In this role, you will work closely with Content Editors, Delivery Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to validate website content, functionality, SEO implementation, accessibility, and overall user experience. Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Process:
- Ensure that each website meets quality standards (SEO, Performance, Accessibility, Design) before launch.
- Develop and execute test plans tailored to the type of project to ensure websites meet the expected level of quality.
- Validate SEO implementation, ensuring compliance with guidelines and best practices.
- Report any CMS-related bugs that are encountered during various testing phases.
- Adapt testing methods to frequent changes in processes, priorities, and delivery approaches.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Delivery Managers and Content Editors to make sure all issues reported are fixed.
- Work with local brands and MLR to make sure all requirements are met regarding website's content.
- Provide feedback on process improvements.
Qualifications
Required qualifications (must-have)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in web content management (3-5 years minimum).
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress).
- Strong understanding of SEO, UX, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Prefered qualifications (nice-to-have)
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Hands-on experience with website functional and usability testing.
- Good understanding of SEO principles.
- Flexibility in applying testing methods, adjusting to frequent changes in processes, priorities, and timelines.
KPIs / Success MetricsWebsites launched with minimal post-go-live defects.
- SEO requirements consistently validated and met.
- Reduction in back-and-forth iterations between CE & QA
- Contribution to continuous improvements in QA and delivery processes.
