IT Project Manager - 6+ months - Madrid

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major fashion client in Madrid and looking for an IT Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects across digital commerce and customer platforms,
• Manage delivery, timelines, budget, and project governance,
• Partner with business teams, IT, and external vendors,
• Track risks, issues, and key dependencies,
• Provide regular stakeholder updates and escalation management,
• Ensure solutions support a seamless customer experience,
• Drive alignment between business needs and technology delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience,
• Background in e-commerce, digital, CRM, or omnichannel environments,
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills,
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects,
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working and project delivery frameworks,
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and connected systems,
• Experience with Jira and Confluence,
• Salesforce exposure is a plus,
• Retail, fashion, or consumer goods experienceis required.
