IT Business Analyst - Application Services - Dutch Speaking

We are looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys connecting business and technology to drive digital transformation.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to understand business challenges, translate requirements into clear and actionable solutions, and support the successful delivery of sustainable outcomes. Combining strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business processes, systems, and information needs.
• Gather and translate requirements into user stories and functional designs.
• Work with stakeholders to define goals, priorities, and solutions.
• Support process improvements and digital solution implementation.
• Manage requirements, backlogs, and process documentation.
• Collaborate on transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Expérience in Agile/Scrum environnements.
• Knowledge of process modelling, workflow design, or BPM/UML.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, users, and development teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Business or Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF).
• Certifications such as IREB, BABOK, BiSL, ITIL, or BCS.
• Experience with SQL, Access, or other data sources.
• Experience in public sector, financial services, or manufacturing.
• Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, or consulting experience.
