IT Auditor - GxP / Quality Systems (Internal Audit) | Italy (Hybrid)

We are supporting a global organisation within a highly regulated environment in strengthening their internal audit capabilities across digital and quality systems.
This role sits within the Quality function, focusing on ensuring compliance across GxP-regulated processes, with a strong emphasis on auditing interconnected digital systems and validating data integrity.

🔍 Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Auditor, preferably in regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of GxP regulations and quality frameworks
  • Experience auditing digital systems and IT-controlled environments
  • Knowledge of data integrity, system validation, and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with:
    • Internal audits
    • Risk assessments
    • Compliance monitoring within IT systems
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail mindset
  • Ability to cross-check data across multiple systems and processes
  • Fluency in Italian and English

💼 Responsibilities

  • Perform internal IT audits across quality and digital systems
  • Ensure compliance with GxP guidelines and internal quality standards
  • Conduct cross-system checks to validate data integrity and process consistency
  • Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement within IT-controlled environments
  • Collaborate with Quality and IT teams to ensure audit readiness
  • Support ongoing compliance initiatives and remediation activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within digital quality systems

📍 Details

  • Location: Italy (Rome preferred, Milan also feasible)
  • Working model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
  • Start: ASAP
  • Environment: Highly regulated (GxP-driven)
