About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to support the delivery of critical regulatory and business integration initiatives, including EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) compliance programmes. This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, project teams, internal technical teams, and external partners to ensure the successful design, implementation, testing, and deployment of system integrations and technical solutions.

The successful candidate will possess strong business analysis capabilities, technical integration experience, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery across multiple systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements Analysis

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyse requirements, translating business needs into technical integration requirements.
  • Produce and maintain detailed technical requirement documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams and technical teams to define and deliver effective solutions.
  • Track requirements throughout the full delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

Integration Analysis & Delivery

  • Understand EUDR technical requirements, assess current ("as-is") processes and systems, and recommend future-state ("to-be") solutions.
  • Adapt solutions and integration approaches as legal requirements and project scope evolve.
  • Evaluate the complexity ofintegrations with external platforms such as:
    • Osapiens
    • ICECoT
    • Koltiva
    • EC Traces
    • Supplier and customer platforms
  • Analyse and map source-to-target data structures and integration requirements.
  • Work with third-party vendors and partners to assess, test, and implement integration solutions.
  • Raise and manage integration requests with the Integration Hub, ensuring timely progression through design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Manage changes to existing API, EDI, and SAP extractor integrations.
  • Coordinate and implement additional integration requirements, including document-based interfaces such as Customs PDFs sent via email.
  • Monitor data flows and interfaces, including SAP IDocs, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Perform data analysis and support project teams in data quality assessments across SAP systems and local market tools.
  • Support data migration, cleansing activities, and data uploads.
  • Assist with the design and delivery of technical solutions, including:
    • Interfaces
    • System enhancements
    • ETL developments
    • Data integrations
  • Conduct unit testing and document test results thoroughly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support technical go-live activities and ensure successful deployment of integrations and system changes into production environments.
  • Develop Functional Specification documents based on Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams and external partners.

Project Management Support

  • Partner with Project Managers to plan, coordinate, and manage deployments across technical environments.
  • Define and prepare test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Ensure integration deliverables are tracked and completed according to project timelines.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential delivery issues, escalating where necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Integration Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with API, EDI, ETL, and SAP integration environments.
  • Experience working with SAP data structures, interfaces, and IDocs.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and external technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, data transformation, and integration architecture.
  • Experience supporting testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience supporting EUDR, supply chain traceability, sustainability, or regulatory compliance programmes.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Osapiens, ICECoT, Koltiva, and EC Traces.
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environments.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
