Instructional Designer (Health & Safety) - EU - Remote, 3 months, Freelance

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an Instructional Designer for an initial contract of 3 months with one of our key FMCG clients. This role can be worked remote within the EU.

Our client is looking for someone who is available to join the team immediately. Experience with Health and Safety Instructional Design is needed.

The Instructional Designer should have the following skillset:

• 5+ years' of experience in the Instructional Designer/equivalent role
• Experience in the commercial/business sector
• Proven excellent working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
• Good experience with Articulate & Rise
• Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
• Great record with creating engaging digital learning programs (e.g. Gamification), accessible at point of need
• Solid knowledge of course development software and Learning Management System (Workday)
• Good experience with project management/leadership skills to achieve deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills (connecting with SMEs and Vendors)
• Experience in working in an Agile design environment.

• Length of contract: Initial duration till end of year, extendable based on budget 2024
