Global SAP Test Manager (Long-Term Contract)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global SAP Test Manager to lead testing activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP testing, test automation, and stakeholder management, with experience working in global delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall SAP testing strategy and governance framework.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
• Coordinate testing activities across business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and implementation partners.
• Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Drive test automation initiatives using Tricentis Tosca.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
• Facilitate defect triage and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support go-live readiness and post-production stabilization.
• Ensure testing deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing involving both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or rollout projects.
• Experience with Tricentis Tosca test automation tool.
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA for defect management, test tracking, and reporting.
• Experience managing:
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Regression Testing
  • End-to-End Testing
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an SAP Test Lead or SAP Test Manager.
• Experience supporting global SAP transformation programs.
• ISTQB and/or Tosca certifications are preferred.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.

Language Requirements

• Business-level English (Mandatory)
• Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage.
