Freelance SAP O2C Solution Lead | SAP SD | Pharma | Finland (Hybrid)

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a leading pharmaceutical client in strengthening their SAP Center of Excellence. We are looking for an experienced SAP O2C Solution Lead with strong expertise in SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.

This is a key role focused on owning and driving SAP O2C solutions across sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer integration. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, shaping scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 8-12+ years of experience in SAP, with strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Deep hands-on expertise in SAP SD including:
  • Sales order management
  • Pricing & billing
  • Delivery and outbound logistics
  • Customer master data
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and related integrations
• Solid understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and cross-functional dependencies
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable SAP solution designs
• Proven experience working acrossintegrations with:
  • Finance (FI/CO)
  • Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Warehousing / Planning
• Experience in SAP upgrades, enhancements, testing, and incident support
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and external vendors
• Ability to work independently with ownership mindset and structured approach
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in pharma or other highly regulated industries
• Exposure to transportation planning and execution within SAP
• Understanding of global supply chain processes (planning, warehousing, production, source-to-pay)
• Experience working in SAP CoE / product-based operating models
• Awareness of SAP innovation trends (e.g. AI-driven use cases, automation)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive SAP O2C solution design and delivery across key domains:
  • Sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing
  • Customer data and integrations
• Act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders on O2C processes and improvements
• Define and maintain the O2C solution roadmap and long-term strategy
• Lead process harmonisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure strong integration across Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Planning
• Support delivery of projects, enhancements, and operational support activities
• Own SAP upgrades and technology roadmap implementation within your domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure solution alignment
• Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA and best practices, identifying optimisation opportunities
