Freelance AI Solutions Lead | Generative AI & AI Agents | Life Sciences | Europe

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a leading life sciences client in accelerating the adoption of Generative AI across the business. We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Lead who can identify high-value use cases, build and deploy AI agents, and drive AI adoption across a regulated enterprise environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong AI delivery experience with an understanding of life sciences business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to move from opportunity identification through implementation and value realization.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 7+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or AI solution delivery
• Proven hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions and AI agents
• Experience identifying business use cases and translating them into practical AI solutions
• Experience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences organizations
• Strong understanding of business processes across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, or Operations
• Experience driving AI adoption and implementation in regulated environments
• Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and challenge existing ways of working
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or Claude
• Experience developing autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP environments
• Experience delivering AI programs at enterprise scale
• Understanding of biosimilars or biologics organizations

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across the business
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and Generative AI solutions
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define use cases and success metrics
• Lead AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments
• Drive user adoption and change management activities
• Provide guidance on AI tooling, governance, and best practices
• Support the development of an AI roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Work across global teams to ensure successful solution delivery
