Football Brand Marketing Coordinator - Netherlands

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a leading international sports and consumer brand in the search for a Brand Marketing professional to join its EMEA Football Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and execution of seasonal Football marketing plans across EMEA, with a strong focus on Women's Football. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, support key football moments, and bring consumer-focused stories to life.

Role Overview

As the Football Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will help manage end-to-end marketing plans, coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions, and support the execution of seasonal brand initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of football culture, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal Football marketing campaigns
  • Manage projects from strategy through execution
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, creative, and marketplace teams
  • Support key initiatives and storytelling opportunities
  • Drive alignment across local and regional stakeholders
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and operational processes
  • Leverage consumer insights and cultural trends to inform marketing plans
  • Create compelling presentations and recommendations for stakeholders

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or Category Marketing
  • Proven ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Consumer-first mindset and understanding of cultural trends
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Passion for football and strong understanding of football consumers
  • Experience working across EMEA markets is a plus
  • Proficiency with Keynote

Assignment Details

Function Title: Football Brand Marketing Coordinator

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Work Model: Hybrid

Contract Type: Freelancer or Temporary Employee

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Initial contract of 6 months with extension potential
