Digital Shelf Content Specialist | Remote Europe - Freelance

We're looking for a Digital Shelf Content Specialist to help create, manage, and optimize product content across online retailers for a global FMCG brand. This is a great opportunity for someone with FMCG and digital content experience who is eager to grow their ecommerce and digital shelf expertise at a leading FMCG brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own digital shelf content from creation and syndication to optimization and maintenance.
• Create and optimize product listings, visual assets, and enhanced content.
• Manage content workflows using PIM/DAM systems.
• Analyze ecommerce and digital shelf performance data to drive visibility, conversion, and sales.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce teams.
• Drive improvements proactively and independently.

Requirements

• FMCG experience and strong digital content management expertise.
• Knowledge of digital shelf best practices, ecommerce content, and performance metrics.
• Experience with content syndication and retailer requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and valid EU work authorization.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PIM and/or DAM systems
• Familiarity with digital shelf KPIs such as content score, search visibility, conversion rate, and share of search
• Experience working across multiple retailers, channels, or regions

• Start: ASAP
• Location: Remote (Europe)
• Duration: 6+ months (extension possible)
