Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams (Japan)

Digital / IT teams

External software vendors / implementation partners

What they're looking for

3+ years in project or program management

Experience with sales planning / trade promotions (ideally FMCG)

Exposure to TPM tools or similar systems

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience driving change and transformation projects

Fluent in Japanese and English

Nice to have

Experience working with systems connected to ERP / demand planning

Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
