Data & Analytics Delivery Manager

Role Overview

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experienced project delivery professional to oversee the successful execution of enterprise Data & Analytics initiatives. This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, aligned to business objectives, and executed according to agreed timelines and priorities.

The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drive delivery governance, and support the implementation of scalable analytics solutions within a modern data environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of data and analytics projects from initiation through to deployment.
• Develop and manage project plans, key milestones, resource requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate collaboration between architecture, data engineering, analytics, and AI teams.
• Ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical requirements and actionable delivery plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
• Support effective communication across technical and non-technical teams to maintain alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and project governance standards.

Required Experience & Skills

Project & Delivery Management

• Proven experience managing technology-focused projects within a data, analytics, or business intelligence environment.
• Strong understanding of project governance, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while balancing competing priorities.

Data & Analytics Ecosystem

• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, data architecture concepts, and analytics workflows.
• Understanding of modern data pipelines and reporting environments.
• Experience working with cloud-based analytics solutions, particularly within Microsoft Azure ecosystems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI or similar tools.

Agile Methodologies

• Practical experience applying Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Comfortable working within iterative development environments and cross-functional product teams.

Candidate Profile

• Strong organisational and planning capabilities with attention to detail.
• Skilled at managing relationships across business and technical stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
