CRM Manager (Sales & Data Enablement) - Italy - 12+ months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Senior CRM Manager for a strategic, business-critical transformation initiative with a leading organisation in Italy.

This role goes beyond traditional CRM administration and focuses on driving adoption, data readiness, and CRM-led transformation, while preparing the organisation for a major CRM migration and AI-enabled capabilities rollout.

Requirements for the CRM Manager Role:

  • Proven experience in CRM leadership roles within large, complex organisations
  • Strong background in Sales Excellence, CRM transformation, or adoption programmes
  • Experience driving behaviour change and CRM adoption across field sales teams
  • Hands-on experience with CRM data quality, governance, and data structures
  • Exposure to AI-driven or analytics-enabled CRM use cases
  • Ability to bridge Sales, CRM, and Data/AI teams
  • Experience working in pharma, life sciences, or FMCG environments (required)
  • Proven experience leading or supporting CRM migration / transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management across Sales, IT, Data, and global teams
  • Pragmatic, hands-on mindset with strong ownership and delivery focus

Responsibilities for the CRM Manager Role:

  • Own continuous CRM improvement, focusing on usability, adoption, and business value
  • Drive CRM adoption and behavioural change, going beyond training into real usage
  • Act as the key bridge between CRM, Data/AI, and global transformation initiatives
  • Ensure CRM is AI-ready, including data quality, consistency, and process alignment
  • Identify and resolve data quality gaps, ownership issues, and governance challenges
  • Translate field feedback into clear CRM and data requirements
  • Embed CRM into daily sales routines, planning, and performance management
  • Lead adoption strategy and change enablement, addressing resistance and engagement
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end CRM migration project
  • Coordinate across Sales, IT, Data teams, and external vendors
  • Ensure minimal disruption and strong alignment across stakeholders
