Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a leading international FMCG organization that is looking for a Change PMO Coordinator to join a large-scale S/4HANA transformation program.

This role is ideal for a PMO, project support, or change professional who enjoys coordination, planning, and stakeholder management in a complex transformation environment.

Role Overview

As the Change PMO Coordinator, you will support the planning, governance, and coordination of change activities across the program.

Working closely with change, training, and communications teams, you will help ensure activities are tracked, risks are visible, and stakeholders have clear insight into progress and upcoming milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the integrated change plan
• Track milestones, actions, dependencies, and deliverables
• Support governance activities, meetings, and follow-up actions
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and progress updates
• Maintain risk, issue, and action logs
• Coordinate across change, communications, and training workstreams
• Support readiness reviews and planning activities
• Assist with resource and workload tracking
• Ensure project documentation and templates remain up to date

Key Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project support, or change management
• Experience supporting transformation, ERP, or business change initiatives
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or MS Project
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SAP or S/4HANA programs
• Experience supporting change management activities
• Knowledge of ADKAR or similar methodologies
• Experience in FMCG or global organizations
• PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, or similar certification

Assignment Details

Function Title: Change PMO Coordinator
Location: EMEA (Hybrid) - preference for candidates based in Eastern Europe
Travel: Occasional travel within Europe
Contract Type: Freelancer / Contractor
Start Date: July 2026
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential extensions through 2028
