Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a leading global sports brand in the search for an experienced Business Analyst - Digital Commerce, Loyalty & Analytics to join its Digital EMEA team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a business analyst with strong project management and stakeholder management skills to support commercial performance across the company's digital channels. You will work at the intersection of digital commerce, loyalty, analytics, and business operations, helping leadership teams turn data and insights into actions that drive growth.

Role Overview

As the Business Analyst - Digital Commerce, Loyalty & Analytics (EMEA), you will support the Director of Business Offense, Loyalty & Data Analytics and partner with teams across Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Digital Commerce, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain. You will play a key role in coordinating business reviews, building executive-level reporting, driving stakeholder alignment, and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate recurring business reporting and executive presentations.
  • Support Weekly Trade reviews and major commercial events with performance analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare content and business narratives for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Analyze business trends, risks, opportunities, and performance shifts across EMEA Digital.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on commercial priorities and actions.
  • Maintain consistency in reporting, messaging, and business storytelling across stakeholders.
  • Drive accountability and follow-up across multiple workstreams and teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and AI-driven efficiency improvements.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Commerce, Analytics, Consulting, Operations, or Program Management.
  • Strong project management experience across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and executive storytelling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and matrixed environment.
  • Experience within e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, sportswear, or digital business environments is highly desirable.
