Business Analyst Digital Transformation - Hybrid - Netherlands - Initial 6-12 Months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Business Analyst Digital Transformation with strong experience in business process analysis and digital transformation initiatives for a project in Netherlands for an initial 6-12 months.

Our client is undertaking a major energy transition and digital transformation programme, and they are looking for a Business Analyst Digital Transformation to support the identification, design, and implementation of digital solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and value creation across complex infrastructure environments.

Business Analyst Digital Transformation Requirements:

5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in business process analysis and optimisation
Proven background in digital transformation and digitalisation programmes
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, TOGAF, Scrum or similar
Experience in creating business cases, KPIs, and impact analyses
Familiarity with regulated industries (ideally energy/utilities)
Certifications such as BABOK, IREB or similar are highly desirable
Ability to manage projects independently (planning, resources, timelines)
