Business Analyst - Digital Commerce, Loyalty & Analytics (EMEA)
We are supporting a leading global brand in the sports / retail industry in hiring a Business Analyst to join their high-performing Digital team across EMEA.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of digital commerce, loyalty, and business analytics, helping drive commercial performance through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

The Role

You'll operate at the intersection of analytics, trade, and commercial decision-making, connecting data to actionable insights that drive growth across digital platforms.
Working closely with teams across Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Digital Commerce, Marketing and Supply Chain, you will help shape and deliver key business rhythms and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting cycles (trade reviews, MBRs, QBRs)
  • Translate complex data into clear business narratives and actionable insights
  • Support commercial performance by analysing trends, risks, and opportunities across digital channels
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure consistency in reporting and messaging
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve processes, ways of working, and automation opportunities
  • Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and commercial execution
  • Bring structure and clarity in a fast-paced, matrix environment

What We're Looking For

  • ~5+ years' experience in business analytics, digital commerce, operations, or programme delivery
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Proven track record in data analysis and insight generation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders
  • Advanced PowerPoint / storytelling skills with an executive mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving outcomes proactively
  • Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills across functions
