Business Analyst - 12+ Months - India (Bengaluru) - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to supply chain planning and analytics
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams such as data engineers and IT
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Support implementation of data driven solutions by ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery
• Communicate insights and solutions in a way that business stakeholders can easily understand
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and training sessions with end users
• Work closely with supply chain teams to understand planning systems and processes
• Assist in data validation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Profile & Requirements

• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and systems
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in data or analytics projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements
• Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in cross functional and global teams
  

  Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer packaged goods or similar industries
• Exposure to large scale data environments
• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Azure or Databricks
• Experience working with external vendors or contractors
