We are seeking an experienced BODS Capability Lead to provide technical leadership for the SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) integration landscape supporting SAP MDG at a global consumer goods organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP BODS integration capability, owning solution architecture, technical design, and delivery across MDG, SAP, and non-SAP systems.
• Design and govern end-to-end enterprise data integrations, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data flows across Customer, Supplier, Material, and Finance domains.
• Drive complex integration initiatives, partnering with business and technical teams to define requirements, integration patterns, infrastructure, and connectivity standards.
• Oversee BODS delivery resources and provide leadership across project execution, production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

Nice to Have

• Experience within the consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
• Experience supporting SAP MDG, S/4HANA, Salesforce, Central Finance (CFIN), or other large-scale enterprise integration landscapes.
