Application Manager (QMS)

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experienced Application Manager, to join our multinational Manufacturing & Energy client on a remote freelance assignment. For this assignment, we are looking for people who can work independently and bring amazing communication skills and high energy with them.

Application Manager experience:

* Experienced Application Manager background. QMS Application Management is a huge plus.
* 8+ years of experience and higher education preferred.
* Strong understanding of IT service management processes and application governance (ITIL).
* Knowledge of cybersecurity, application vulnerabilities, and compliance, regarding Application Management.
* Experience managing external vendors, ideally large service providers such as Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, or similar

Application Manager responsibilities:

* Application lifecycle management and governance.
* Managing third-party providers, including Infosys and various local vendors.
* Ensuring applications comply with IT processes, cybersecurity standards, and vulnerability management requirements.
* Monitoring application health, compliance, and determining when systems require replacement or upgrades.
* Handling incidents, tickets, escalations, and coordinating resolution activities.
* Vendor management and stakeholder coordination.

Application Manager details:

• Start date: September/October 2026
• Location: Remote - candidates must be Europe-based
• Duration: 6 months initially
