AI Solutions Architect - 6+ Months - Brussels - Oslo

As an AI Solutions Architect, you will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation, translating AI ambitions into secure, scalable, and reusable solutions. You will collaborate with business, engineering, data, and architecture teams to define standards, design reference architectures, and establish best practices that make AI solutions reliable and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-create and maintain Yara's enterprise AI architecture and technical standards.
• Design scalable AI and agentic solution architectures across data, model, and application layers.
• Define integration patterns between AI platforms, business applications, and enterprise data sources.
• Establish deployment, monitoring, and governance frameworks for AI models and agents.
• Support business units in bringing AI use cases from proof of concept to production. [
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and vendors to ensure technical fit and scalability.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in software or solution architecture, including experience with AI/ML or data platforms.
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS), API architecture, data integration, and MLOps/LLMOps practices
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across engineering, security, and business teams.
• Hands-on approach with curiosity for emerging AI and agentic technologies.

Contract Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 8+ months with extensions
• Location: Mostly remote with occasional onsite travel to Brussel or Oslo
• Contract Type: 40 hours per week, freelance
