Agentic Engineering Platform Lead (Remote - Europe)

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a leading international manufacturing organization that is looking for an experienced Agentic Engineering Platform Lead to help scale its AI-driven Engineering Hub. The initiative has successfully moved beyond proof of concept and is now progressing toward MVP and broader enterprise adoption.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of software development by building and scaling an Agentic Engineering platform that leverages AI coding agents, GitHub, Copilot, and automated SDLC workflows across multiple engineering teams.

Role Overview

As the Agentic Engineering Platform Lead, you will own the evolution of the Engineering Hub from MVP to enterprise-scale adoption. Working closely with engineering leadership, platform teams, and product teams, you will help define how AI is integrated into software delivery while driving adoption across the organization. This role combines Agentic AI, platform engineering, developer productivity, and software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of the Agentic Engineering Hub
• Design and improve AI-powered software development workflows
• Drive adoption of Agentic Development practices across engineering teams
• Enhance GitHub-based automation, governance, and SDLC processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve developer productivity
• Shape the platform roadmap and AI strategy as the technology evolves
• Contribute to best practices around AI coding agents and engineering automation

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience building or operating Agentic AI solutions in production
• Strong software engineering background and SDLC expertise
• Experience with AI coding agents or agent-based development workflows
• Strong GitHub and GitHub Actions knowledge
• Azure experience and understanding of cloud engineering principles
• Experience influencing engineering teams and driving adoption
• Demonstrated passion for learning and applying emerging AI technologies
• Pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and highly self-driven mindset

Location: Preferably Europe (Remote)

Travel: Limited travel expected
